Southern Promise Hops (50g)

Southern Promise Hops is a dual purpose hops with a relatively high alpha acid count at 9.2%. It comes with a very low co-humulone content which gives the beer a cleaner, smoother bitterness. Southern Promise hops also has good aromatic qualities, and is used to add a hoppy bouquet to many different beer styles including Pilsners, Lagers, and Ales. The oil content shows an elevated humulene oil content, which is known for a woody earthy fragrance.
