Dried Lemon Peel 50g

Adds a zesty lemon citrus aroma and flavour to your next brew, cider or mead. Lemon peel is a favourite ingredient in summer ales, and adds a unique tang to German wheat beers.

Add the Lemon Peel early in the boil for more bitterness, or steep at the end of the boil for a sweeter taste.
