Chinook Hops (50g)

Chinook Hops is a high-alpha hop with a wonderful piney/herbal, almost smoky character when used as an aromatic during the last few minutes of the boil and when dry hoping.

Excellent for hopping American-style Pale Ales, especially those brewed to higher gravities, Chinook is popular in american style pale ales and IPAs, but extends itself well to seasonal ales, and darker beers including porter, stout, and barley wines.
